Embassy of India Bamako PUBLIC NOTICE Feedback on draft Overseas Mobility (Facilitation & Welfare) Bill, 2025 The Government of India proposes to replace the existing Emigration Act, 1983, with an Overseas Mobility (Facilitation & Welfare), Bill 2025 providing for comprehensive management, and safe and orderly immigration of Indian nationals seeking employment opportunities abroad. The text of Overseas Mobility (Facilitation & Welfare) Bill 2025 is available at https://mea.gov.in/overseasmobilitybill2025.htm for public feedback.
